For further development, our company has successively imported from the aboard the high speed processing center, digital control electric spark machine, linear cutting machine, die moulding machine, and other advanced mould processing and inspecting facility, totaled 60-odd sets. It also introduces the advanced designing and programming software: Pro/e, Cimatron and Autocad. The annual output of moulds reaches 600 sets. Additionally, to meet the requirement of specimen mould and shaping, the company has 30 sets of plastic injection machines of 50T-750T mode lock.

We have designed and produced plastic injection moulds for Japanese Toshiba, Panasonic, Sanyo, Switzerland GEBERIT, French VALEO, Electrolux, and other known overseas enterprises. We have expanded our products in Japanese, French, American and Korean markets.

For further exploitation of foreign market, our company invested RMB 40 million to set up Shanghai Kesheng Mould Co., Ltd. in 2002 in Pudong of Shanghai. This company is mainly engaged in mould shaping and processing. Thus, the business pattern of Shanghai as exhibition window, Cixi as base of development and production comes into being.
